The engagement ceremony of Surya Vikramaditya, elder son of Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and Smt. Nandini Vikramarka, with Sakshi was celebrated with grandeur at Pragathi Bhavan. Chief Minister A.
